Help we provide, free of charge
If you have a disability. We provide reasonable modifications and free auxiliary aids and services so that you can communicate effectively with us — including qualified sign language interpreters, and written information in other formats such as large print, accessible electronic formats or other formats you need.
If English is not your primary language. We provide free language assistance — qualified interpreters, and information written in other languages. Our patient paperwork, our Notice of Privacy Practices and our policies are available in Spanish, and interpretation in other languages is available on request.

You can file a grievance with our Compliance Officer, in person, by post or by telephone. We will help you file it if you need help.
